By accessing, browsing, visiting and/or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by and to comply with and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. Sabrage reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notice, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Users are responsible for reviewing all information posted online and the continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitute the user's acceptance of the modified Terms. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. Please check this page of the Site periodically to determine the then current Terms of use to which you are bound. If you violate these Terms, Sabrage may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

All rights, including trademarks, logos, names and images are registered or unregistered trademarks of Sabrage and others. All such rights, including copyright, in the content of Sabrage web pages are owned or controlled for these purposes by Sabrage and/or its suppliers and is protected by US and international copyright laws. Nothing in the Site should be taken as conferring by implication, estoppels or otherwise any license or right to use any trade mark displayed on the Site without the prior written approval of Sabrage or such third party as may own the relevant trade mark, logo, name or images.

Sabrage does not guarantee that photographs taken at events will appear on the site and Sabrage will have no responsibility for photographs being placed on the site.

Sabrage reserves the right to remove any photograph from the site at its discretion. If at any time you wish a photograph to be removed from the Site please send an e-mail to admin@champagnesabering.com informing us of your request and enclosing a detailed description of the photograph and the date and venue it was taken at.

Photographs may be edited and changed for various reasons at Sabrage’s discretion. Such changes may include (but is not limited to) the copying, resizing or enhancing the quality of the photograph.

Sabrage is not liable or responsible for any content provided by its subscribers, users or other third parties to the Site ("User Content"). The contributions of third parties do not necessarily represent the view or opinions of Sabrage. Sabrage cannot always preview User Content before it appears. By using the Site to search for or link to another site, you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against Sabrage for any damages or losses, whatsoever, resulting from your use of the Site to obtain search results or to link to another site. Users link to any linked site at their own risk. The majority of card issuers either cover all the charges, which may result from unauthorized use of your credit card, or may limit your liability to $50.

Sabrage will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and credit card information secure. Unless it has been established that we have been negligent, Sabrage will not be liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorized access by a third party to the information transmitted by you when ordering products from Sabrage online.

Sabrage must validate the credit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once this has been completed, Sabrage will confirm that your order has been accepted by [Sabrage will process customer orders with its suppliers on clearance of payment. If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, by using the Site, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona in and for the County of Maricopa. You agree to jurisdiction by the courts of the County of Maricopa.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.
